Paddock Restaurant

The Paddock Restaurant is a spacious, glass fronted building, accommodating in the region of 170 racegoers. A buzzing atmosphere complements the sumptuous menus and fine wine. If, later in the day, you want to take a breather and view the horses, you can always step outside onto the balcony, view the horses in the Parade Ring and decide which horse you will take a punt on! This winning formula for a day out has racegoers repeat booking over and over again!

Salad of roasted wood pigeon and chicken liver parfait, crisp bacon and hazelnuts

Hot and cold salad of smoked salmon and seared scallop, pistou vegetables, and basil oil

Roast saddle of Conwy Valley lamb, rissolet potatoes, minted peas and Chantenay carrots

Grilled fillet of sea bass, warm salad of fennel, tomato and new potatoes, black olive dressing

Seared breast of corn fed Goosnargh chicken, summer greens risotto, watercress and Parmesan

Goats' cheese and shallot tatin, rocket and beetroot salad
